1. Scope of Services

Quick Paint provides mechanized wall finishing, including machine wall putty, airless spray painting, vacuum-assisted surface preparation, and damp proofing/waterproofing solutions.

All service scopes, timelines, and material specifications are confirmed via a formal project quotation shared after an on-site inspection.

2. Site Inspections & Cost Estimates

• Estimator Accuracy: Any estimate generated using the online Cost Calculator on quickpaint.in is approximate and intended solely for informational reference.
• Binding Quotations: Final, binding quotations are provided only after a technician completes a physical laser measurement and surface/moisture check at your property.
• Site Readiness: The client must ensure that the work site has active electricity and running water connections required for the operation of our machinery and cleaning.

3. Masking and Property Protection

We take extensive precautions by using drop sheets and masking tape to protect your floors, fixed woodwork, windows, and heavy furniture.

Valuables: Clients are requested to remove fragile items, personal valuables, cash, jewelry, and loose electronic equipment from the work area prior to project commencement. Quick Paint is not responsible for misplaced or damaged personal belongings left unattended in the work zone.

4. Payments and Project Milestones

Project payments are linked to agreed milestones (typically advance/booking amount, completion of base prep/putty, and final coat handover).

Work will proceed according to the payment schedule agreed upon in the project quotation. Delays in scheduled milestone payments may result in work pauses or adjusted handover timelines.

5. Service Warranties & Damp Proofing Limitations

Paint & Workmanship Warranty: Applicable warranties on topcoats and surface adhesion are provided based on the specific brand and grade of material selected.

Damp Proofing Warranty: Warranties for damp proofing apply only to the specific wall sections treated by Quick Paint. The warranty does not cover:

• Active concealed plumbing leaks inside walls or ceilings that occur after service completion.
• Structural cracks, foundation movement, or seepage originating from external neighboring properties/terraces beyond our scope of treatment.
• Physical damage or drilling into treated damp-proofed surfaces by third-party contractors.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Site Surveys: You may cancel or reschedule a free site inspection at any time by contacting our team via phone or WhatsApp prior to the technician's arrival.
• Confirmed Projects: If a confirmed project is canceled after materials have been dispatched or custom paint colors have been mixed, material costs incurred up to that stage will remain payable by the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, machine process descriptions, visual designs, and media on quickpaint.in belong to Quick Paint and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Quick Paint shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, power outages, structural building issues, or restricted society access.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in our service offerings or operational standards. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date.
